
Vice Chancellor of HJ U, Prof. Sudhi Rajiv, will launch the four-month gender-sensitive capacity project undertaken jointly by UNFPA and Haridev Joshi University of Journalism and Mass Communication.(HJU) with coordination Lok Samvad Sansthan, a Jaipur-based media organisation.
The scope of the project is to train 40 selected young journalism students on issues related to gender, gender-based discrimination and violence and build their capacities on reporting using gender and human rights lens. Media mentors and Gender experts from Population First (Pop First)and UNFPA will address various aspects during the two-day workshop.
