- मैं और मेरा परिवार यह शपथ लेता है कि मेरा और मेरे प्रियजन अवसर आने पर कोविड-19 महामारी का टीकाकरण अवश्य करायेंगे।
- मैं शपथ लेता/लेती हूँ कि जाति, धर्म, विचारधारा से ऊपर उठकर कोरोना महामारी से बचाव के लिए पूरे समाज को जागरुक करने में मदद करुँगा/करुँगी।
- मैं शपथ लेता/लेती हूँ कि कोरोना महामारी के खिलाफ लड़ने के लिए सभी युवाओं, महिलाओं, गरीबों एवं वंचित समुदायों को टीकाकरण करवाने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास करुँगा/करुँगी।
- मैं शपथ लेती/लेती हूँ कि देश में कोरोना महामारी की तीसरी लहर में बच्चों के प्रभावित और संक्रमित होने की आशंका को देखते हुए (टीका उपलब्ध होते ही) प्रत्येक बच्चे के टीकाकरण काे प्रोत्साहित करुँगा/करुँगी।
- मैं शपथ लेती/लेती हूँ कि देश में कोरोना महामारी की मार हमारे पर्यावरण पर भी पड़ी है। इसको देखते हुए पर्यावरण के प्रति जागरुकता और संरक्षण हेतु प्रयास भी करुँगा/करूँगी।

- I take an oath that by rising above caste, religion, ideology, I will help to make the entire society aware of the prevention of the corona epidemic.
- I take an oath that I will do everything possible to vaccinate all youth, women, poor and deprived communities to fight against the corona pandemic.
- I take an oath that given the possibility of children being affected and infected in the third wave of corona pandemic in the country (as soon as the vaccine becomes available) I will encourage vaccination of every child.
- I take an oath that our environment has also been affected by the corona epidemic in the country. Given this, I will also try to create awareness and protect the environment.
