Rajasthan University Vice-Chancellor Prof Rajeev Jain, Head for Centre for Mass Communication Dept. Dr Shutri Sharma accepted the proposal from Lok Samvad Sansthan as implementing partner of UNICEF to launch a joint project for capacity building and mentoring on social issues reporting for upcoming youth journalists students of the university.

On this occasion Prof Sanjeev Bhanawat former head of CMC was present and at the request of VC, he will associate and support this project. Prof SL Sharma Dr BL Gupta Controller of Examination also appreciated this orientation project for journalism and mass communication students.

Prof Bhanawat also presented copies of special issues on 100 years of media education in India of ” Communication Today” a leading media magazine published and edited by him for the last 25 years.
